How do I activate my InCard tracker?

All InCard products can be activated using either the Apple Find My app on iOS devices or Google's Find Hub app on Android. Choose the network that works best with your device. Full setup instructions are available in our User Manual pages.

Which InCard product is right for me?

We offer several products: InCard Finder (ultra-thin card design), Tagigo (compact colorful tracker), Carbon Finder (premium wireless charging), VibeTag (compact keychain tracker), and Explorer (passport holder with built-in tracker). Are InCard products waterproof?

Water resistance varies by product: InCard Finder has IP68 rating (fully waterproof), Carbon Finder and VibeTag have IP67 rating (water resistant), while Tagigo and Tagigo G are not waterproof. Check individual product specifications for details.

What networks do InCard products support?

All InCard products work with either Apple Find My or Google's Find Hub network, selected during setup. A factory reset is required to switch a device from one network to the other.
